30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. However, returns and refunds are only available under the conditions outlined below.
Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or a free reshipment only if:
The item arrives damaged (photo evidence is required).
The item is lost in transit (based on courier tracking).
If eligible, please contact our support team with your order details and evidence, and we’ll process your refund or replacement.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds or replacements if:
You selected the wrong size, color, or style (a detailed size guide is available on all product pages).
You provided an incorrect delivery address.
You changed your mind and no longer want the item.
Incorrect Address Handling
If a parcel is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer:
We can resend the parcel at your expense.
If unclaimed within 14 days of return, the item will be donated to charity, as we do not operate a storage facility.
Made-to-Order Items
All our products are handmade to order. This means we do not keep stock on hand and cannot offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.
